CHURCH SECTION - Introduction

Church is a christian place of worship. It's where those who believes in the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ gather together to study the bible and offer songs and praises to God. 

This is done in accordance to the instruction in Hebrew 10:25, which says that the Christians "should not forsake the gathering of the saints as some manners of some is, but exhort one another..." Heb.10:25

Such practice has been going on since the era of the old testament and later transformed into congregations and then the birth of all the new various worship centres globally.

The Nigeria Church is categorize into five bodies, viz:

•Catholic • Anglican • Methodist • Pentecostal • Indigenous Church.

And under these bodies there are several denominations. Though many remains in the same umbrella, their practice and system of worship varies. The Pentecostal and indigenous churches are mostly involved in this order....

However, this does not in any way suggest that they are worshipping different God or believing in another Lord and Savour apart from Jesus Christ. It's all about doctrines!
