So many things are happening in the country today which are not very comfortable. The economy is bad and  insecurities are everywhere. You can't wake up or go to bed with peace of mind anymore. And this situation is now leading so many people into stress.

Stress is about unusual feelings being encountered as a result of unpleasant situations. Medical experts claims that if such situations are not carefully handle, they could lead to stroke, high blood pressure  or even death.

However, as a Christian, you can effectively manage stress situation by following these simple method.

1. Accepting or acknowledging your emotions when something serious occurred. Don't over react. Process your emotions carefully and stay calm.

2. Don't be too much involve on what you hear or news around you. Take only the information that will benefit you and stay away from all negative stories.

3. Let your mind be focused on what you can control like managing your finances, budgeting, and finding ways to reduce expenses.

4. Try to have some financial savings to take care of emergency. The savings could be what can economically serve you for a short period until you have something better.

5. Engage in some other form of income. It could be what you can do beside your paid job or buying and selling business.

6. Learn to practice self-care. Engage in stress-reducing activities like exercise, meditation, or hobbies.

7. When you are feeling emotionally depress, seek support. Connect with friends, family, or a therapist for emotional support.

8. Don't be in competition with anybody. Do your things in your own way. See  every opportunity you have as chances to learn and grow.

9. Stay positive and focus on long-term goals. Maintain a hopeful outlook and work towards long-term objectives.

10. Find time to rest or relax. Don't just work all the time. Allow yourself time to relax and recharge.

11. Read books and Magazines that will motivate you on good things. And if you must watch Tv, view things that will always lighten your mood.

12. If you need help visit your doctor once in a while for checkup. Or if you have issue with finance, consult someone who can advise you well.

13. Learn to be grateful to God and people around you. No matter the favour you received from people always show appreciation.

Remember, managing stress during economic difficulties requires patience, resilience, and proactive steps to maintain your well-being.
